Why Fit Health Exists
In a restaurant or any service business, your people are the business. When a handbook falls out of date, a policy stops matching state law, or a benefits renewal jumps again, it lands on you. We started Fit Health to take that weight off the owner’s desk.

Fit Health was built on a simple conviction: owners of restaurants and other service businesses deserve a partner who understands their world and does the work alongside them, not another vendor with a login.
We keep your handbook, policies, and job descriptions current as the rules change. We review your benefits so they’re worth what you pay, and when a traditional group plan no longer fits, we show you other options, including ICHRA. Every month we do this work inside a multi-location restaurant group, and we bring the same hands-on approach to every business we serve.
Our goal is simple: protect the business, strengthen the team, and turn HR and benefits into a reason good people join you and stay.
